The Johnson City studio is located at 111 Montgomery Street in Downtown Johnson City. This studio features a 1500 sq foot infrared heated yoga studio, infrared heated barre studio and a non-heated strength and conditioning room. Johnson City also has men’s and women’s lockers and locker rooms and an expansive retail boutique.
Recognizing the success of Vidya Yoga and Fitness in Kingsport and realizing the need for a boutique fitness studio encompassing Infrared Hot Yoga and Barre, owners Ashley and Nathan Davis decided to bring VY&F to downtown Johnson City, TN. In addition to Hot Yoga and Barre, This studio also features a specialized room for strength & conditioning.
