Vidya instructors are skilled in teaching signature classes that incorporate over 100 yoga asanas in thoughtfully crafted sequences. Their expertise in cueing and structuring these intricately designed classes ensures the consistency and high quality that defines every session.

We Like it Hot

Our studios feature a far-infrared (FIR) heat and humidification system integrated with an energy recovery unit (ERV), designed to create the perfect hot yoga environment. This system conserves heat while ensuring optimal oxygen levels and minimal carbon dioxide. The infrared heating technology at VIDYA offers researched benefits such as reduced inflammation, improved circulation, decreased delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS), and enhanced heat acclimatization, among others.

Inspired by their own positive experiences with hot yoga, owners Ashley and Nate Davis established a hot yoga and boutique fitness studio in Northeast Tennessee, aiming to deliver an exceptional yoga and fitness experience. Our mission at VIDA is to offer a fitness journey that is both challenging and accessible, in a space that honors each person’s commitment to enhancing their health and well-being.
