Jen’s extensive career in yoga and fitness, combined with her distinctive ability to authentically present yoga history, philosophy and practice add to her appeal as a lead teacher trainer. Jen’s teaching in the classroom is comparable to the way she teaches yoga in the studio: a very no-nonsense approach that is enjoyable and challenging but provides structure in an optimal environment for yogis to reach their full potential.
