It is the goal of VY&F to educate, train and foster exceptional yoga and fitness instructors. Evidence-based methods, including current relevant research and industry best standards are incorporated as objectives to all education at VY&F. Anatomy and movement science are the pillars of all training programs at VY&F.
Vidya offers yoga, barre and fitness trainings throughout the year. Vidya has partnered with Adrienne Rabena and Barre Eclipse to host the first Barre Eclipse training on the east coast, and we also have studio connections with RADroller myofascial release trainings and TRX suspension trainings. Whether you are looking to teach or to deepen your fitness knowledge, Vidya is an open and welcoming environment to learn and grow your practice and fitness.
Barre Eclipse Partnership
Vidya Yoga & Fitness has partnered with Barre Eclipse founders, Adrienne and Eric Rabena to provide a 5-week barre, self-paced teacher training through a studio partnership.

TRX Suspension Training Course
Vidya Yoga and Fitness will be launching an interval-based strength and conditioning fitness format — “VYF HUSTLE-50” in late spring/early summer of 2023 and will be hiring fitness professionals certified in TRX suspension training that are interested in becoming VYF-HUSTLE Coaches at the Downtown Johnson City Location.
Vidya regularly organizes and hosts workshops throughout the year to keep you sharp. Past workshops have included a Yoga Medicine® Essentials Workshop, an Interactive Inquiry on Intermittent Fasting, and more!
