“Going through VIDYA’s 200-hour yoga teacher training is one of the best things I’ve done for myself. I’ve been practicing at VIDYA for 4 years and teaching for over a year. When I took my first class at VIDYA it was for the physical workout, but I kept showing up on my mat for the mental health benefits and the amazing community. If you are looking to learn more about yoga and/or looking to learn more about yourself, I highly recommend VIDYA’s 200-hour training. You are given all the knowledge and tools you need to teach a yoga class while connecting to yourself on a deeper level. You will not regret it!”
